Project Summary: Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from Lindenwood University to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Learners in this program/experience will 1. Demonstrate the ability to identify a problem and develop its quantitative definition. 2. Take steps involved in decision and problem-solving processes. 3. Demonstrate the ability to use spreadsheets for computer modeling and decision support. 4. Interpret computer solutions developed from spreadsheet modeling and analysis. 5. Demonstrate an understanding of practical applications of business analytics including data visualization, optimization models, business forecasting with simple and multiple regression and risk and simulation modeling. What can our learners do for your company? Learners in groups of 3-5 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis. Project activities that learners can complete may include, but are not limited to: data cleaning data preparation data visualization outlier analysis and forecasting hypothesis testing predictive modelling statistical analysis spreadsheet modeling and analysis monte-carlo simulation
Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development

Bring on learners from Lindenwood University Digital Marketing class to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the term (8 weeks), connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Learners in this program/experience: major topics within digital marketing with a focus on analytics, but also including advertising, SEO/SEM, elements of html and landing page optimization, e-mail marketing and current best industry practices. What can our learners do for your company? Learners in groups of 3-4 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis. Project activities that learners can complete may include, but are not limited to: 1. Understanding KPIs and which are important for strategy and reporting. 2. Devise digital marketing strategies 3. Apply digital knowledge in marketing situation
Digital Marketing Strategy

This experience is designed for learners to apply their digital marketing knowledge to real-world projects by conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of a company's digital presence. Learners will develop skills in analyzing company profiles, market positioning, website effectiveness, search engine marketing, and social media strategies. By engaging with industry professionals, learners will gain insights into practical applications of digital marketing strategies, enhancing their ability to deliver actionable recommendations and creative solutions. Please note that students will deliver comprehensive recommendations but will not implement their recommendations.
Business and Marketing Communications
Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from Lindenwood University to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Learners in this program/experience will: recognize and use communication specific to business and related fields supporting ideas logically through research and integration of source material analyzing elements of the rhetorical situation which involves audience, purpose, goals, creating communication specific to an audience and their needs and expectations analyzing a problem and exploring various different perspectives in order to create solutions recognizing the features of academic and professional voice, and creating and revising written work to reflect these features recognize and use different formats of communication (emails, memos, reports, blog posts) What can our learners do for your company? Learners in groups of 2 will work with your company to identify your needs to provide actionable recommendations, and create clear, concise, effective professional writing and communications in the form of blog posts, social media posts, or internal business communications Project activities that learners can complete may include, but are not limited to: analyze your target market and create blog posts, articles or social media posts that appeal to your audience analyzing existing internal communications and making targeted suggestions for improvement in terms of language and format
