The goal is to create a seamless shopping experience that encourages customer engagement and boosts sales. This project will involve analyzing current social media strategies, identifying key areas for improvement, and implementing Shopify enhancements. The team will focus on optimizing product listings, improving user experience, and integrating social media platforms to create a cohesive marketing strategy. Omax3m aims to enhance its online presence by creating engaging video content for YouTube and social media platforms. The project involves developing a series of short, captivating videos that highlight Omax3m's products, services, and brand values. The goal is to increase brand awareness and audience engagement through visually appealing and informative content. Learners will apply their knowledge of digital marketing, video production, and social media strategies to create content that resonates with the target audience. The project will focus on creating a cohesive video campaign that aligns with Omax3m's branding and marketing objectives. Tasks include brainstorming video concepts, scripting, filming, editing, and optimizing videos for various social media platforms.

OMAX3m Magnesium Market Expansion Initiative
The goal of this project is to strengthen the market presence and sales of OMAX3M Magnesium , a wellness-focused product line, by leveraging digital platforms and building strategic local partnerships. Students will play an active role in: Promoting OMAX3M across digital channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Alignable Optimizing online marketplace listings (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, etc.) Creating engaging content tailored to OMAX’s brand and wellness benefits Developing partnerships with local yoga studios, health food stores, and wellness centers in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) This hands-on opportunity allows students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world digital marketing, content strategy, and partnership development. By the end of the project, students will: Deliver a digital marketing campaign with measurable KPIs (engagement, clicks, conversions) Generate new leads and potential sales partnerships Present a strategy for sustainable brand growth and revenue expansion This project is ideal for students interested in wellness brands, social media strategy, and grassroots business development.

Enhancing Grant Writing and Business Communication at Omax3m
Develop a comprehensive guide and set of templates to streamline Omax3m's grant writing and business communication processes. This will enable the company to secure more funding, enhance its reputation, and improve its overall communication with customers. By providing a structured approach to writing effective grants and business documents, we aim to increase Omax3m's chances of success in securing funding and foster stronger relationships with customers.
