Proactive and organized professional with a strong health sciences background, skilled in aligning organizational goals through consistent and efficient practices. Adept at managing responsibilities in dynamic, high-pressure settings, with expertise in research support, program assistance, and administrative tasks. Committed to delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes through clear communication and adaptability.
I am a passionate Honours Health Sciences major with a minor in Sociology at Western University, dedicated to advancing fairness and innovation in Canada’s healthcare system. In the Riipen projects with BetterLTC, I developed cost-effective, dietary-specific nutritional menu plans for a 100-resident long-term care facility, enhancing resident satisfaction and optimizing meal quality. In Zymonetics’ Health Equity Futurism Internship via Riipen, I conducted research on health inequities and formulated actionable policy recommendations, contributing to strategic organizational dialogues. Additionally, in a Riipen project with Will2Well Inc., I conducted a competitive analysis of over 40 gym websites and developed a business plan with strategic recommendations to improve online presence and user engagement. My professional experience encompasses advanced project management, nutritional assessment, and multi-channel communication, honed in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

The project focuses on refining a 6-week menu that caters to the dietary needs and preferences of older adults, ensuring balanced nutrition while considering common dietary restrictions such as low sodium, diabetic-friendly, celiac, and heart-healthy options. The goal is to design a menu that not only meets nutritional guidelines but also incorporates variety and flavor to improve meal satisfaction and overall well-being. Students will apply their knowledge of nutrition, gerontology, and culinary arts to develop a comprehensive menu plan, drawing on the resources provided by the company's food supplier and budgetary commitments.
