Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from University of Toronto to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.


Learners in this program/experience will be able to:

  • Demonstrate management skill to effectively help you in delivering a training program
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient outcome of the training sessions
  • Provide suggestions to help the organisation develop leadership training based of their knowlege of managerial and leadership roles.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to training and development.
  • Build relationships with internal teams to understand ongoing training needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.

Project examples

Learners in groups of 2-5 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis.


Project activities that learners can complete may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Contribute to the creation of training materials, presentations, and resources.
  • Assist in adapting content for different delivery methods, such as workshops, e-learning, or on-the-job training.
  • Shadow experienced trainers during the delivery of training programs.
  • Gain hands-on experience in facilitating portions of training sessions under supervision.
  • Learn to use training technologies and e-learning platforms.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of online training modules.
  • Assist in creating reports summarizing training outcomes and areas for improvement.
